Two-to-one is not the whole result
A hypothetical plan gains 10 at the target and loses 5 at the stop. Before costs, a one-third target-hit rate is the arithmetic break-even point. With a flat cost of 1 in either outcome, the gain becomes 9 and the loss 6, so the threshold becomes 40%.
Our calculator exposes that change. It does not estimate the chance of reaching the target. Use research services to inspect the assumptions or historical evidence, and keep those observations separate from the payoff calculation.
